This is by far one of the most utilized biodegradeables in TheBioDudes facility. This stuff is the beez neez for microfauna. It's pourous, stringly nature makes it long lasting in the vivarium and an excellent food source for springtails and isopods. The stringy, fibrous nature of the palm leaves provides the perfect consistency for organic nutrition for your BioDude bioactive substrate. I use the palm leaves in all of my frog grow outs as it creates small feeding stations. Simply pull, shake and watch all your springtails and isopods fall right off of it. When utilizing in a vivarium place the palm leaves right on top of the substrate, then add your leaf litter and watch your microfauna flourish.

A 100% natural, high-quality compressed long fiber Sphagnum moss compressed brick by the Bio Dude. Soft, breathable and absorptive; sphagnum moss is great for reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, plants and orchids. Sphagnum moss is also great for terrarium substrate and to facilitate humidity retention.
This is 6A Grade moss. There may be very tiny pieces of straw/sticks intertwined, but overall will be clean and very soft. It will need rinsed prior to use. 100% guaranteed to be free of non-natural debris and seed barbs commonly found in low grade moss.

These guys are wild caught, but still average 8 years in captivity and can even push up to 14 years in some cases. This species plays dead, and can stay “dead” for a couple hours. If you receive a beetle that seems to be dead. Please place it in the enclosure and leave it alone for a while. It may be trying to fake you out!

The absolute best beginner tarantula in our opinion. This species is known to be semi-arboreal and will heavily web everything in their enclosure. They are absolutely stunning at all stages of life. And are almost always out where you can see them. This tarantula can have a little bit of attitude, but nothing that cant be countered with a good catch cup!
